Ten Years in One Lane: The MAC Enterprise Consulting Report Card

Company News

When people question my credentials, they usually mean school.

So let me answer that first: yes, I hold a master’s degree in business.

But school didn’t teach me entrepreneurship. Building MAC did.

A degree shows what you studied.

A business shows what you did with it.

So instead of another bio, I’m publishing what a classroom never handed me: an entrepreneurship report card, with the receipts.

My education gave me the language of business.

Experience taught me how it actually works: how lenders read a file, why structure decides what you can access, and what it costs when you guess.

I didn’t learn that in a lecture hall.

I learned it sitting across from business owners, one application at a time, starting in 2017.

I learned it again when I changed my own structure and had to prove the new way worked with my own money first.

That is the work that led Forbes Books to publish my book,ย Prove It! Why LLCs Fail Entrepreneurs and What to Build Instead.

It is also why I’ll be writing for Forbes.com and Entrepreneur.com.

Those platforms didn’t come from a transcript.

They came from nine years of doing the same work, in the same lane, and writing down what happened.

Across two eras of MAC, our records show $9.41 million in client funding approvals for 179 clients.

I’m keeping the two eras separate because they used different methods, and you deserve to see both.

EraWhat we didClientsApproved loansApprovals
2017โ€“2022Business funding through lenders and financing platforms115141$7,222,055
2025โ€“2026Legacy Builder: corporate structure first, then funding6464$2,192,143
Combined179205$9,414,198

The Legacy Builder loans range runs from $970 to $325,400.

Five clients were approved for more than $100,000.

Most were approved for less, and I show every one of them, not only the best.

That is the point.

A highlight reel is easy to make.

A record that includes the small wins is harder to argue with.

How we count: The 2017โ€“2022 total includes only business funding marked approved; some clients were approved for more than one loan, and each client is counted once by owner; pending, pre-approved and declined files are excluded. Legacy Builder figures are client-reported approvals and offers from MAC’s records, with one known duplicate removed. Figures are not audited. Results vary, and no funding outcome is guaranteed.

Since we launched our Heartbeat community in 2024, 4,713 entrepreneurs have joined our Masterclass Questions and Community space.

Since MAC moved to Wyoming in March 2025, we’ve grown to represent more than 3,000 businesses as a commercial registered agent.

Those two numbers describe the same mission from two sides.

The masterclasses teach the structure.

The registered-agent work keeps it standing, year after year, for owners who chose to build it properly.

The framework behind both is the Journey to Success: form the right entity, separate it from yourself, build its credit, then protect what it earns.

Every MAC service sits somewhere on that path:

  • Formation and structure:ย C corporations and multi-entity frameworks
  • Education:ย masterclasses and the Heartbeat community
  • Compliance:ย Wyoming commercial registered-agent service
  • Funding readiness:ย the Legacy Builder program
  • Legacy planning:ย protecting assets for the next generation

The BBB has accredited MAC since August 2021 and rates us A+.

Our clients have left 229 Google reviews, and the average is 5.0.

I can tell you we keep our word.

Those ratings let our clients tell you instead.

I don’t ask clients to try anything I haven’t done first.

Since May 2024, my own businesses have received $1,495,975 in Stripe Capital financing across 20 financings and four companies in my structure.

I’m precise about that number because precision is the whole message.

Three of those financings were refinances, so about $1.33 million arrived as new cash.

The loans were issued by Celtic Bank, and four were YouLend receivables purchases arranged through Stripe.

This is my own business funding, not client results.

The same structure has supported:

  • $1.9 million in construction-to-permanent financing from JD Bank to build Magnolia Springs Wedding and Event Center (2023)
  • A $100,000 American Express credit limit
  • A 2026 Cadillac Escalade

Magnolia Springs is the one I point to most.

On September 25, 2023, JD Bank approved Magnolia Springs Property Group’s request to raise its construction loan from $1,431,132 to $1,904,572 to finish our wedding and event center in St. Martinville, Louisiana. MAC Enterprise Consulting and MAC Enterprise Tax Services stood behind it as corporate guarantors.

That is the multi-entity structure from my book, working in real life.

Today the MAC family includes four companies people know by name:

  • MAC Enterprise Consulting:ย business structure, education and funding readiness
  • MAC Enterprise Tax Services:ย tax services for business owners
  • MAC Enterprise Registered Agent Services:ย our Wyoming commercial registered agent
  • Magnolia Springs Wedding and Event Center:ย St. Martinville, Louisiana

None of this is meant as a flex.

It is a test result.

When I tell an entrepreneur the structure works, I’m describing my own balance sheet, not a theory.

Nothing on this timeline was a pivot.

Each step was the next question inside the same lane: how do business owners get funded, and what structure makes that possible?

The ringed dot is still ahead of us. Everything above it already happened.

In January 2027, MAC turns ten.

On March 23, 2027, Forbes Books publishesย Prove It!, the decade’s lessons in one place.

The hardcover is available for pre-order now onย Amazon.

The book’s message is the company’s message: don’t assume, go to the source, prove it.

That’s also why I published this report card.

If I’m going to ask readers to check the government’s own documents, I should let them check mine.

Here’s what I want every entrepreneur to take from these ten years: consistency in one lane compounds.

I didn’t jump from trend to trend.

I stayed in business structure and funding, and I kept learning inside that lane.

Business funding led to the C corporation.

The C corporation led to Stripe Capital.

Stripe Capital led to the Legacy Builder.

The Legacy Builder led to a book.

To our clients, thank you for trusting MAC.

To anyone still deciding whether to: you don’t have to take my word for it.

Look at the record.

We don’t just talk about business.

We document the journey.
