Where a registered company becomes a fundable, bankable one.

Your five companies are formed and carried through Phase 4 in Legacy Builder I. Legacy Builder II picks up from there and carries your Operating Company through Phases 5 to 8 of the Journey to Success roadmap: business credit, bookkeeping, contracts and protection.

It is the second and final payment of the Five Companies, Full JTS program, with no additional state fees. By the end, your Operating Company has credit in its own name, books that are reconciled, contracts and registrations in place, and its insurance, trademark and business trust setup handled.

This is not a new enrollment. It is the second half of a build you have already started, with the same named contact who answers.

I have not started with MAC yet. Where do I begin?

Does Phase 8 protect my assets?

Phase 8 sets up practical protections for your Operating Company: an insurance recommendation, a trademark registration and a business trust. No structure or filing by itself provides legal protection in every circumstance. What these steps mean for your situation is a conversation with your attorney and your CPA.

What happens after Phase 8?

Your Operating Company is through all eight phases of the Journey to Success. From there, Phase 9, Annual Compliance, comes around each year and is billed separately. Momentum membership is sold separately for founders who want ongoing support.
