A $97 class · Taught with the actual documents

How business credit and funding actually work.

Whether you've been denied or you've never applied for anything, the answer starts in the same place: what your paperwork says about you. I'll show you the structure, the three files to pull, the nine steps in order, and what a lender reads before it decides — using my own filings, approvals, and credit report, not slides full of theory.

About 45 minutes. Lifetime access. The 12-page workbook included. It does not go on sale.

The problem, named

Whether it already happened to you, or it hasn't yet.

Here's how it usually goes. You filed the LLC. You got the EIN. You walked into the bank, opened the business account, and walked out feeling like a CEO. Real customers. Real money. Every month.

Then you applied for a card, or a line, or a truck — and the person on the other end started asking about your personal credit. Your score. Your income. Your history.

Most people read that as the bank not believing in the business. It isn't. It means there was nothing else for them to read. And if you haven't applied for anything yet, that is the better place to be standing — because everything that decides the answer gets built before the application, not during it.

The mechanism

Your LLC doesn't file a tax return. You do.

A single-member LLC is treated by default as a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes. It doesn't file its own income tax return. Its profit is reported on Schedule C — and Schedule C is an attachment to your personal Form 1040.

So the money travels: Schedule C, line 31 → Schedule 1, line 3 → Form 1040, line 8. Three forms, one taxpayer, and the taxpayer is you.

That's the document an underwriter opens. Your name at the top. Your social security number under it. There is no company return to read, because the company never filed one.

Line numbers move between tax years — check them against the form for the year you filed.

What you'll see on screen

I'm not going to describe the documents. I'm going to open them.

  • Two EIN letters side by side — the same founder, two entity types, and the difference in what each one can do
  • A business card application next to a corporate program approval, from the same week
  • Nine platform funding approvals with dates and amounts, totalling $1,193,895, and who actually issued them
  • A funding offer for $47,800 that arrived without an application — and the seven screens of what that process looks like from the inside
  • My credit monitoring alert, my three scores, and a $625,635 account that dropped off my file through no decision of mine
  • A $100,000 corporate program limit sitting next to a personal score in the 620s, in the same week, for the same human being

Every claim in the class is labelled on screen as one of three things: a document being shown, something that happened to my company on a date, or how a process generally works. You'll always know which one you're looking at.

What's inside

Forty-five minutes. Here's the whole thing.

  • 00:00You had revenue. You still got denied.
  • 02:07Why the IRS treats a single-member LLC as a disregarded entity
  • 06:02Schedule C → Schedule 1 → Form 1040, and who the underwriter is actually reading
  • 08:36Why a business card application still pulls your personal credit
  • 12:24What a C-corporation actually is — a separate legal person with its own charter
  • 14:32The corporate card application, and what it does not ask you for
  • 18:17Separate returns, the D&B file, and the double-taxation question answered plainly
  • 20:21Platform funding: what the processor looked at before it offered me anything
  • 26:44The funding screens one at a time — repayment rate, flat fee, expected duration, total owed
  • 29:43The month my personal score fell off a cliff, and the limit that didn't move
  • 32:44Sole proprietor, LLC, S-corp, C-corp — which one is actually a taxpayer
  • 34:58Forming it, or converting what you already have
  • 36:53The full menu and the prices, so you can decide what you want
  • 42:28Where everything lives, and how to reach my team

The nine steps

Then the part nobody sells you: how long it actually takes.

The class ends with the full sequence — structure, formation, identification, real operations, all three business credit files, tradelines that actually report, books that reconcile, consistent reporting, and only then the application.

I give you the honest timeline on each one. Formation is days. A payment history long enough for someone to underwrite is months. Anyone selling you a thirty-day version of this is selling you the paperwork, not the outcome.

What's included

$97, and you keep it.

  • The full recorded class
  • The 12-page workbook: the line numbers to find on your own return, the three business credit files to pull, the five revenue figures to reconcile, and space to write what you find
  • Lifetime access to both

Who it's for, and who it isn't.

For you if

  • You're about to start a business and you want the structure right the first time, before you ever apply for anything
  • You have revenue and you've been denied, or you're about to apply and want to know what they'll see
  • You have an LLC and nobody has ever explained what that means on a tax return
  • You'd rather be shown a document than told a story

Not for you if

  • You want a guaranteed approval. Nobody can sell you that, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
  • You want a thirty-day method. The timeline in this class is months, honestly stated.
  • You want me to make a payment platform extend you a funding offer. Those get extended on the platform's criteria, not because you applied — I can't force one and neither can anyone else.
  • You want "no personal guarantee" as a blanket promise. It depends on the product, the issuer, the size of the line, and your company's own file.

Who's teaching it

Dewayne Williams, MAC Enterprise Consulting

I build business structures for a living — entities, business credit profiles, and the filings that hold them together — and I've done it for my own companies first. The approvals, filings, and credit reports in this class are mine. Where my experience is just my experience, I say so on the slide.

Questions

Good to know.

Is this the Masterclass?
No. This is one class answering one question, and it stands alone. The Masterclass is the full education — thirty-seven pieces of material covering every structure in order, with the reasoning — and nothing in it repeats this class.
Do I need to have an LLC already?
No. If you have one, you'll understand what it's doing to your applications. If you don't, you'll know what to form and in what order before you spend a dollar.
Is this legal, tax, or financial advice?
No. It's education. Entity, credit, and lending rules vary by state, issuer, and applicant, and they change. Verify anything current with the agency or a licensed professional before you act on it.
Do I get the workbook?
Yes, it's included — a 12-page PDF you download inside the class. Print it. There are places in it you're meant to write.
How long is the class, and how long do I have access?
About 45 minutes, and access is lifetime. Buy it once, watch it whenever.
What if I want it all done for me?
That exists, and it's on the website. This class isn't a pitch for it — but you'll finish the nine steps knowing whether you're doing them yourself over the next year or having them built.

If you want the whole education

This class answers one question. The Masterclass is everything else — every structure, in order, with the reasoning, and lifetime access. It's $499 and it doesn't go on sale. If you're ready for that instead, start there and skip this page.
