M.A.C. Enterprise Consulting and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “M.A.C. Enterprise”, “us” or “we”) understand that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, which is any information that is capable of identifying you as an individual person. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and protect your personal data in connection with M.A.C. Enterprise’s business activities, like conferences and events, and client services, and on websites, applications, and communications that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Sites”), in our capacity as data controllers. Information we collect
M.A.C. Enterprise collects personal data in the course of its business activities, including in connection with some client services. We also collect personal data on certain areas of the Sites when you register for or apply for jobs through the M.A.C. Enterprise Recruitment Portal, create a user profile, register for M.A.C. Enterprise newsletters and alerts, participate in our alumni activities through our Alumni Center Website, sign up for conferences and events, and/or participate in public user posting areas (such as bulletin boards, discussion forums and surveys). The personal data collected varies and may include information that you provide, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and background information required to apply for a job.
We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Sites. The information we automatically collect may include IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs, and other similar technologies (collectively “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies”) on our Sites. We may also automatically collect information about how you use the Sites, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the Sites. The information automatically collected may be associated with a unique identifier as well as with any other personal data you have provided.
M.A.C. Enterprise may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as data brokers or aggregators, in the course of its business activities including in connection with some client services. This includes demographic, professional and other information that is publicly available online, including information you choose to make public through social media platforms and other public online forums. We may combine this data with existing information we have about you or use it independently, for the purposes of our benchmarking and data analytics activities (e.g., analysis of recruiting practices across an industry, detecting fraud patterns in connection with financial transactions, foot traffic in retail environments). We will always seek to confirm that the third party has provided transparent information about its use of this data, including its disclosure to third parties like M.A.C. Enterprise, in compliance with applicable law.
Use of information
M.A.C. Enterprise uses your personal data to fulfill your requests for information, process your requests to participate in conferences and events, personalize content that you view or receive on the Sites, evaluate and improve our services, distribute newsletters and alerts to you, recruit and evaluate job applicants, analyze the Sites’ performance and functioning, publish your letters to the editor or comments, prevent fraud, enforce our terms of use, comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, enforce M.A.C. Enterprise’s agreements, and accomplish other purposes you may initiate or request. In some situations, the collection of personal data may be required for the operation of the Sites, or we may use it in the course of our business activities, including in connection with some client services, for example, to provide certain services or products such as our benchmarking products. We may combine and/or analyze personal data to evaluate and offer content and services most relevant to you. We may keep any of your personal data on file and use it to contact you.
M.A.C. Enterprise and its service providers may use first and third party Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies, including web beacons, to manage our Sites and our services and collect analytics about how you use them. M.A.C. Enterprise and its service providers may collect information about whether you open or click any links in the knowledge, research or event communications that we send to you. The information provided throughout this Privacy Policy about cookies also applies to these other tracking technologies. Our Sites do not track you by collecting personal data about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services. Accordingly, we do not alter our data collection and use practices in response to “do not track” signals transmitted from web browsers.
Terms of Use

Enterprise” or “we”) provides its content on its websites or applications that post a link to this Terms of Use (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). We may periodically change the Terms without prior notice, so please check back from time to time. These Terms were last updated on March 13, 2025. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms. For an explanation of M.A.C. Refund and Dispute Policy
Service Terms, Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Before completing your purchase, customers must acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Acknowledgement of Service Agreement
By purchasing any service, program, membership, consultation, or digital product from MAC Enterprise Consulting, the client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the service terms outlined below.
The client further acknowledges that MAC Enterprise Consulting provides professional consulting, entity formation services, and digital education products, which involve administrative work, research, preparation, document filing, and intellectual property.
Because work begins immediately after payment and services include digital materials and administrative preparation, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full or enrolled in an approved payment plan before work begins.
By submitting payment, the client authorizes MAC Enterprise Consulting to begin work on their file, which may include:
- Internal file creation
- Business research
- Name searches
- Document preparation
- Strategy review
- Administrative processing
- Secretary of State filings
- Access to digital education materials
- Client onboarding and communication
Because these steps begin immediately after purchase, payment confirms authorization to begin work.
3. No Refund Policy
All services provided by MAC Enterprise Consulting are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Business formation services
- LLC to Corporation conversions
- Legacy Builder packages
- Journey to Success services
- Business consulting or mentorship
- Business plans
- Business credit programs
- Non-profit filings
- Tax Filing
- Digital training programs or masterclasses
- Membership programs
- Any downloadable or digital product
Once payment is submitted, MAC Enterprise Consulting begins administrative preparation and file processing. Due to the nature of these services, refunds will not be issued for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete intake forms
- Failure to respond to communication
- Business strategy disagreements
- Personal financial hardship
- Delays caused by state processing timelines
- A client deciding not to proceed after payment
4. Payment Plan Terms
Clients selecting a payment plan agree to the following:
- Payment plans are binding financial agreements
- The client is responsible for all scheduled payments
- Services begin upon the first payment
By enrolling in a payment plan, the client agrees that:
- Remaining payments are not optional
- Remaining payments cannot be cancelled
- Remaining payments cannot be disputed
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Collections
- Legal enforcement of the agreement
5. Authorization to Begin Work
By submitting payment, the client explicitly authorizes MAC Enterprise Consulting to begin work immediately.
This authorization includes administrative work that occurs before visible deliverables are provided, such as:
- Internal file creation
- Client onboarding
- Research and strategy preparation
- Document preparation
- Communication with state agencies
- Administrative processing
Because work begins immediately upon payment, services are considered initiated once payment is received.
6. Processing Timelines
Processing times vary based on multiple factors including:
- Secretary of State processing times
- State-specific requirements
- Government filing delays
- Client response time
- Volume of client work
Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
Examples:
- Legacy Builder: minimum 8 weeks
- LLC to Corporation Conversion: minimum 45 days
- Journey to Success: approximately 90 days
Some filings may take longer depending on the state.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Complete all intake forms promptly
- Provide requested documentation
- Respond to communication when required
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
8. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
By purchasing services from MAC Enterprise Consulting, the client agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks.
If a dispute is filed without contacting MAC Enterprise Consulting first, the company reserves the right to provide the following evidence to the payment processor:
- Signed service agreement
- Checkout policy acknowledgment
- Proof of work initiation
- Email communication records
- File preparation logs
Fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal enforcement of payment obligations
- Reporting to payment processors
9. Membership Programs
Membership subscriptions provide access to:
- Training sessions
- Digital content
- Educational resources
Because members gain immediate access to intellectual property, membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel future billing, but past charges are final.
Important Legal Protection Line
Client acknowledges that administrative work and internal preparation begin immediately after payment, and therefore services are considered initiated once payment is received.
This line helps defeat “services not rendered” disputes.
