Questions people ask about the journey.
Do I have to go through all nine phases?
Phases 1 to 8 are delivered inside the programs, in order, for the companies each program covers. Phase 9, Annual Compliance, comes around every year after that and is a la carte for every client. You do not have to buy the whole journey at once: Legacy Builder I covers Phases 1 to 4 and Legacy Builder II covers 5 to 8.
My companies already exist. Can I start at Phase 5?
Legacy Builder II is sold only to existing MAC clients whose five companies were formed and taken through Phase 4 in Legacy Builder I. If you formed your companies elsewhere, start with the free Business Assessment and we will tell you where the gaps are and which program fits.
What does done-with-you mean?
MAC does the formation, filing and setup work with you, phase by phase, and a dedicated Premier Client Success Guide is your named point of contact through the program. It is not a course you work through alone, and it is not a service where you hand everything over and wait.
Is Phase 9 included in any program?
No. Annual Report Filing, the Wyoming registered agent and the Wyoming compliance subscription are billed separately when annual filing time arrives, for every client at every price point. With five entities you will have five annual filings. This is communicated at onboarding.
