A Note on Phase 9
Phase 9 (Annual Compliance) is a la carte for all clients at every price point and is billed separately when annual filing time arrives. This will be communicated at onboarding — no surprises.
Pricing
$8,999 MAC service fee + your state’s filing fee. State filing fees are always separate and passed through at cost — never marked up.
Prefer to split the payment? Select Single Company, Full JTS — Part 1 to get started with a first payment of $4,499 + state fees. Part 2 ($4,500) is due before Phase 5 begins. Total across both payments: $8,999.
