This is the first payment of the Four Companies, Full JTS — MAC’s complete done-with-you advisory program for four companies at $19,999 total.
Part 1 covers all four companies — Operating, Parent, Holding, and Property Management — through Phase 4 done-with-you with your dedicated Premier Client Success Guide, including formation for all entities, business plan development, systems setup, and the full Masterclass. Part 2 (Legacy Builder II — $11,499, no additional state fees) is due before Phase 5 begins on your Operating Company and unlocks Phases 5 through 8 for the Operating Company.
The total across both payments is $19,999 — identical to the pay-in-full price. This is not a discount. It is an option to begin the journey without paying everything upfront.

Phase 9 (Annual Compliance) is a la carte for all clients at every price point and is billed separately when annual filing time arrives. With four entities, you will have four annual filings. This will be communicated at onboarding — no surprises.
