A Note on State Fees
Four companies means four state filings — one per entity. The state fee shown for your state is per filing. Your total state fees will be four times that amount, passed through at cost. State fees are never marked up.
A Note on Phase 9
Phase 9 (Annual Compliance) is a la carte for all clients at every price point and is billed separately when annual filing time arrives. With four entities, you will have four annual filings. This will be communicated at onboarding — no surprises.

Select Four Companies, Full JTS — Part 1 to start with $12,999 + state fees covering all four companies through Phase 4. Part 2 ($7,000, no additional state fees) is due before Phase 5 begins on your Operating Company.
