Service Terms, Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Before completing your purchase, customers must acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Acknowledgement of Service Agreement
By purchasing any service, program, membership, consultation, or digital product from MAC Enterprise Consulting, the client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the service terms outlined below.
The client further acknowledges that MAC Enterprise Consulting provides professional consulting, entity formation services, and digital education products, which involve administrative work, research, preparation, document filing, and intellectual property.
Because work begins immediately after payment and services include digital materials and administrative preparation, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full or enrolled in an approved payment plan before work begins.
By submitting payment, the client authorizes MAC Enterprise Consulting to begin work on their file, which may include:
- Internal file creation
- Business research
- Name searches
- Document preparation
- Strategy review
- Administrative processing
- Secretary of State filings
- Access to digital education materials
- Client onboarding and communication
Because these steps begin immediately after purchase, payment confirms authorization to begin work.
3. No Refund Policy
All services provided by MAC Enterprise Consulting are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Business formation services
- LLC to Corporation conversions
- Legacy Builder packages
- Journey to Success services
- Business consulting or mentorship
- Business plans
- Business credit programs
- Non-profit filings
- Tax Filing

- Any downloadable or digital product
Once payment is submitted, MAC Enterprise Consulting begins administrative preparation and file processing. Due to the nature of these services, refunds will not be issued for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete intake forms
- Failure to respond to communication
- Business strategy disagreements
- Personal financial hardship
- Delays caused by state processing timelines
- A client deciding not to proceed after payment
4. Payment Plan Terms
Clients selecting a payment plan agree to the following:
- Payment plans are binding financial agreements
- The client is responsible for all scheduled payments
- Services begin upon the first payment
By enrolling in a payment plan, the client agrees that:
- Remaining payments are not optional
- Remaining payments cannot be cancelled
- Remaining payments cannot be disputed
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Collections
- Legal enforcement of the agreement
5. Authorization to Begin Work
By submitting payment, the client explicitly authorizes MAC Enterprise Consulting to begin work immediately.
This authorization includes administrative work that occurs before visible deliverables are provided, such as:
- Internal file creation
- Client onboarding
- Research and strategy preparation
- Document preparation
- Communication with state agencies
- Administrative processing
Because work begins immediately upon payment, services are considered initiated once payment is received.
6. Processing Timelines
Processing times vary based on multiple factors including:
- Secretary of State processing times
- State-specific requirements
- Government filing delays
- Client response time
- Volume of client work
Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
Examples:
Legacy Builder: minimum 8 weeks
LLC to Corporation Conversion: minimum 45 days
Journey to Success: approximately 90 days
Some filings may take longer depending on the state.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Complete all intake forms promptly
- Provide requested documentation
- Respond to communication when required
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
8. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
By purchasing services from MAC Enterprise Consulting, the client agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks.
If a dispute is filed without contacting MAC Enterprise Consulting first, the company reserves the right to provide the following evidence to the payment processor:
- Signed service agreement
- Checkout policy acknowledgment
- Proof of work initiation
- Email communication records
- File preparation logs
Fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal enforcement of payment obligations
- Reporting to payment processors
9. Membership Programs
Membership subscriptions provide access to:
- Training sessions
- Digital content
- Educational resources
Because members gain immediate access to intellectual property, membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel future billing, but past charges are final.
Important Legal Protection Line
Client acknowledges that administrative work and internal preparation begin immediately after payment, and therefore services are considered initiated once payment is received.
This line helps defeat “services not rendered” disputes.
