The Masterclass is included so you understand how it all works together. Phase-by-phase coaching is not included.
This is not four separate formations. MAC designs the intercompany ownership architecture as a single system — Operating Company owned by Parent, Parent owned by Holding, Holding holds Property Management. That structural design is what you’re paying for.

A Note on State Fees
Four companies means four state filings — one per entity. The state fee shown for your state is per filing. Your total state fees will be four times that amount, passed through at cost. State fees are never marked up.
A Note on Phase 9
Phase 9 (Annual Compliance) is a la carte for all clients at every price point and is billed separately when annual filing time arrives. With four entities, you will have four annual filings. This will be communicated at onboarding — no surprises.
